World Capital, such as partner and director of real estate area of Green Logistics Expo, first fair for sustainability and environment for logistics, will take part to the event through conference “Real Estate: Efficienza, Tempestività, Reddito”, organized Thursday 8th March from 10.30 to 13 at Padova Fiere.
The conference will start with opening contribute of Interporto di Padova and then it will continue with logistics real estate stock in Italy, cured by World Capital.
The event will contain presence of Contract Logistics (Milano Politecnico), with a discussion about “green” in logistics properties and LIUC-Università Carlo Cattaneo, which will notice results of OSIL – Osservatorio Studio Immobili Logistici.
Moreover, Prologis will talk about its strategies and also Number 1 Logistics Group and Arcese, which will talk about “green logistics” with attention to real estate choices.
