TOP20 Italian Shopping Streets

Since always, Fashion, as example of excellence of Made in Italy, represents for Italy a great source of international tourism and an appealing destination for investors and important brands.

From the analysis of the last edition of ReportFashion High –Street 2016/1”, realized by Department of Research of World Capital, it is highlighted how Milan and Rome confirm themselves as location prime in luxury retail and they are placed in high positions of Top 20 the most expensive High Streets in Italy from a sample of nearly 100 streets.

At the top, the famous and prestigious Montenapoleone Street in Milan with a maximum rent of 8.700 €/sqm/annual, following by the well-known Condotti Street in Rome with a rent of 8.000 €/sqm/annual, whereas at the third position the Milanese Street of Spiga with a rent of 6.500 €/sqm/annual.

In national top of rents, we can also find in this order:  Street of Corso in Rome and Vittorio Emanuele Boulevard in Milan (5.500 €/sqm/annual), Square of Spagna in Rome (6.000 €/sqm/annual), Venice with Campo San Bartolomeo (5.050 €/sqm/annual), Square S. Marco (4.650 €/sqm/annual), Street Merceria (4.450 €/sqm/annual) and Street XXII March (4.200 €/sqm/annual), Street Calzaiuoli in Florence and Street of Babuino in Rome (3.800 €/sqm/annual), Street Dante in Milan (3.500 €/sqm/annual), Street Frezzeria in Venice and Steet Borgognona in Rome (3.100 €/sqm/annual), Street Strozzi in Florence (3.000 €/sqm/annual), Street Torino in Milan and Street Rome in Florence (2.900 €/sqm/annual), Street Mazzini in Verone (2.750 €/sqm/annual) and finally Street Por S. Maria in Florence (2.650 €/sqm/annual).
