Rome: Hotel Investment Appeal Index to 0.79

Inner City for the five stars (0.79) and Prati-San-Pietro for four (0.67) and three (0.64), these are the most attractive real estate hospitality areas of Rome, chosen by the Hotel Investment Appeal Index of World Capital and presented in the report “Hotel Real Estate Market – 2015/1”.
Moreover, lots of interest is focused on Prati-San Pietro (0.52), for five stars, and the Inner City (0.63) and Stazione Termini (0.59) for four stars.
Stazione Termini is also attractive for the three stars.

Rome, thanks to the important flow of tourism, the extraordinary historical-artistic heritage and the religious representation – announces Angela Calia, Hotel Department of World Capital – is the main catalyst of the italian hotel demand and it exercises an appeal on the potential foreign investor higher than Venice, Florence and Milan, the three most valued places with the Capital City.
