Retail High Street: Milan Monte Napoleone Street at the top of the ranking

World Capital, real estate consulting firm, in the last report Retail-High Street has noticed that rents in major high-street Italian remain stable compared to 2012 . In particular, the northern Italian canons were recorded from 300 to 6,700 € / m² / year , the center from 400 to 6,100 € / m² / year, while from 100 to 2400 € / m² / year.

In cities such as Milan, Turin, Verona rents remain stable, while in Genoa , Florence, Venice was a contraction of 2 % on rents. In the town of Portofino decline has reached 4%. In central Italy rents have remained stable while in the islands and to the south, in cities such as Bari and Palermo, there has been a decline of  3.6 % .

The changes in rental prices vary greatly depending on the area and the strategic position along the streets. The Top high-street rents are stable and in some cases increased slightly, owing to the great demand not satisfied with the supply shortage. The increases are recorded in Milan in Corso Vercelli +0.7 % and +0.8 % in Spiga street, in Verona in Mazzini street and in Cappello street +0.6 %, in Bologna in  Cavour Gallery +0.4%, in Rome in Condotti street +0.7 %.
