Yields over 8%, increase of 13% in 7 years: the logistics real estate investment is more and more profitable”, it’s revealed by Borsino Immobiliare della Logistica – 1° semester 2014 cured by World Capital Group.

Values of sale decrease, on the contrary the yields increase. – claims Aghabegloo, Head of Research of World Capital Group – The progressive decrease of properties prices, near to this of the requalification areas, has determined, in the first six months of the year, another increase of yields, by recording from 2007 to nowadays, a transition from 6,9% to over 8% and an increase of 13%.

Yields of first Italian locations record a maximum peak of 8,4% a Catania, followed by Piacenza with 8,3% Turin and Verona with 8%, whereas Milan records the minimum value of 7,3%. The widest ranges are recorded in Piacenza (7,5% – 8,3%) and Catania (7,8% – 8,4%), on the contrary the les dynamic in Turin (7,70% – 8%).

Italy, so – concludes Neda Aghabegloo – for its position,  particularly strategic, the interesting yields and the controlled prices, represents more over, in logistics, a significant and productive opportunity for investor.
