Faini: World Capital grows international way – Interview for “Il Quotidiano Immobiliare”

Andrea Faini, CEO of World Capital, tells in an interview to the QI, during an episode of I Protagonisti, the experience of the society on the Chinese market, where it has collected lots of purchasing  requests of residential properties, especially in Milan, Rome and Florence (target 300.000-400.000 euro). An operation which requests a big professionalism, clarity and service of quality to satisfy needs of complicated market, which has to live an expertise built through years.

It’s not easy to obtain permissions and visas to have the chance to sale in Italy, both for income investments and for principal or second home. The society will take part to important event the 19th May in China at the Italian Embassy of Pechino, a date very important in Italy. World Capital continues with the reinforce of business lines as the consultancy service Personal RE, both for foreign investors which want to invest in Italy and for Italian people which try to work with real estate practices and new opportunities as condo-hotel, which in our country isn’t asset to discover yet.

Increase of intermediation activity in office sectors (with a short focus about market’s art in Milan) and logistics, the division for high street retail and hotellerie. World Capital is making concrete the structure, by looking for new figures to insert and to grow up inside the group.
