Observatory Contract Logistics: World Capital took part to workshop on potentialities and perspectives of logistics

Wednesday the 22nd June, in the prestigious portrait of University Polytechnic of Milan, it took place the second workshop managed by Observatory Contract Logistics, important institute of research in logistical field.
The event started with a workshop oriented on market’s trends, logistics supporting multi channel strategy and IT innovations, it ended with a work desk on real estate market.

World Capital, Italian society of real estate consultancy, took active part to discussion, by presenting in exclusive the new edition of Il Borsino della Logistica, prestigious analysis tool for every logistical operators.
During the work desk with the title “Which buildings for new logistics’ challenges?”, the speech of Gino Marchet of Polytechnics of Milan highlighted the principle trends of logistics, which can have impacts on real estate market.
Particularly, the increase of parcel of orders (effect due to growth of e-Commerce), which – equal to volumes – it means more necessary space, but also more activity; the diffusion of work solutions; the increase of cost of manpower (also cooperative), which brings to value automatic solutions, which put attention also on different spaces and necessary heights.
Moreover, in current context the client service is more and more strategic: “reborn” near warehouses, sometimes also in the city.
There were also forewords for the third meeting, promoted by Observatory Contract Logistics, which it will take place the next 30th September 2016 and It will be about beverage logistics – with a particular focus on alcohol products –  and about sharing experiences connected to “Multi channels” theme.
