2016 was a record-year for Chinese investments in real estate not only in foreign countries, but especially in Italy.
The winning match between Italy and China, in fact, recorded in 2016 an exchange over 38 billion Euro. Always in 2016, we had an increase of Italian exportations of +6% compare to 2015.
The identity of Chinese investors in Italy today is connected to: families with children (60%), couples (15%) and old people, whereas 10% are single.
